The Optris Xi series - The Compact Line

The Xi series combines a rugged, compact pyrometer with a modern infrared camera. The Xi camera is ideal for OEM applications with analog and digital outputs and the option to process up to nine freely definable measurement areas using an external process interface.

Ratio pyrometer optris CTratio 1M for hightemperature measurement of metals

Due to its short measuring wavelength the ratio pyrometer optris CTratio 1M is especially suited for measurement of extremely high metal temperatures and the very short esponse time allows for surveillance of very fast processes.

The ratio pyrometer is largely resistant against dust, steam and dirty observation windows. Rugged, electrically isolated
sensing head and fiber optic cable for ambient temperatures up to 315 °C without cooling.

Short wavelength infrared camera optris PI 1M

The newly developed thermal camera optris PI 1M is especially suited for temperature measurements of metals, as these exhibit a distinctly higher emissivity at the short measurement wavelength of 1μm than at measurements in the previously conventional wavelength range of 8-14 μm. In parallel with the visualization of a thermal process, the highperformance
sensor electronics allow a short reaction time of 1ms for the displaying of the temperature information of the center pixel.
